- Messages sent through the contact form are processed by Formspree Inc. and stored securely for the purpose of responding to enquiries.
- Payment information is processed securely by Stripe; PwE never has access to your card details.
- Basic, non-identifying usage information through our website analytics (see section 5).
3. How your data is used
Your details are used to:
- Deliver materials and respond to your enquiries.
- Process payments and manage access to services.
- Send occasional service-related messages, such as payment confirmations or important updates.
You will not receive marketing emails unless you have actively subscribed to them.
4. Sharing your information
Your personal data is never sold or shared for marketing. It is processed only by the third-party services essential to running this site, including:

- MailerLite - for email delivery. Privacy Policy.

This website does not currently use any third-party analytics or tracking. It is cookie-free: no tracking cookies or personal identifiers are stored on your device.

II. Refunds Policy
At Pronunciation with Ellie ("PwE"), all payments are handled securely through Stripe.
Refunds are rare but may be granted in the limited circumstances described below.
1. Written Diagnostic Report
The Written Diagnostic Report (£95) is a personalised written analysis delivered after you submit your recordings. Because the report involves expert listening and bespoke analysis, refunds are not normally provided once the work has begun. If you have a serious concern about the report itself, please use the contact form, and any reasonable request will be considered individually.
2. Passage Sessions
Passage Sessions (£325) are three live sessions. If you cancel before the first session, a full refund is available. After the first session has taken place, refunds are not normally provided, though any reasonable concern may be raised through the contact form and considered individually.
3. Other products
For any future course or digital product, the specific refund terms will be set out at point of purchase. As a general principle, where access begins immediately on purchase, refunds are not normally provided. Refunds, where granted, are processed through Stripe to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
III. Terms and Conditions
By using this website or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services and access
Pronunciation with Ellie ("PwE") provides online pronunciation training and related materials. Access is offered through paid services and free resources hosted on this website and delivered via email.
2. Payments
All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment details are never seen or stored by PwE.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in related services - including but not limited to text, video, audio, graphics, and lesson materials - is the intellectual property of PwE. Content is provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
4. Conduct and fair use
Your access to PwE materials is for your personal educational use only. Unauthorised sharing, copying, recording, or redistribution of any service content is strictly prohibited.
If unauthorised use is detected, your access may be withdrawn immediately, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining period.
If you believe this action has been taken in error, you may request a review through the contact form. Decisions regarding reinstatement are made at the sole discretion of PwE.
5. Sharing of social media content
You are welcome to share publicly available PwE content from social media platforms, provided that:
- It is reposted in full, without cropping, editing, or removing branding; and
- Clear credit is given to Pronunciation with Ellie.
Any unauthorised reproduction or modification of service materials remains strictly prohibited.
6. Results and personal responsibility
Improvement in pronunciation depends on your own engagement and practice. While every effort is made to provide effective instruction, PwE cannot guarantee specific results.
7. Privacy and data
Your information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this site. By purchasing, you consent to receiving essential service-related emails such as payment confirmations or important updates.
